Limestone by Joe S on Wed, Jun 2
I never really fish limestone i normally almost always fish skan. or ninemile and do well, no doubt in my mind i could do well at limestone but where is a good place to start? and what are some good flies to use? I would probably imagine just like on skan and ninemile PT's and Ninemile scuds would work awsome. Also is the Wild Brown trout Pop. there as strong as skans or Niners Populations?
Thanks for any advice,
Joe S

| Give Mill Run park right in the town of Manlius a try. Also if you want to see some truly awsome breeders. Just past the ice cream stand on 92/257 take a left at the light elmbrook dr; then your first left I beleave park dr then straight to the end. There is a small park follow the trail to the small hatchery and look at these beautiful big fish. Mill run is at the bottom of the hill past swan pond thru light. turn left at stop sign go to next stop sign turn right past dpw and straight thru to park this is east branch of limestone. | |
